We know that finalising Tenancy agreements and getting the correct certificates in place is only the beginning of the process. Should you wish to benefit from our professional property management service we would look after all facets of the Tenancy from changing over the utilities, fielding calls from Tenants (at all hours) arranging any repairs/maintenance throughout the Tenancy that may be required as well as twice yearly inspections on the property to make sure that your asset is being looked after as it should. Legislation often changes and can be tricky to keep up with, so we will be there to guide you, whether we are going to manage your property or not.
